Digital Services Act (DSA)

The Digital Services Act (“DSA”) regulates digital services that connect consumers with online content in the European Union (EU). A goal of the DSA is to create a safe environment online while ensuring fundamental rights are protected. At PriceRunner, product reviews and wishlist functionalities fall within scope of the Digital Services Act. The information listed on this page is intended to help PriceRunner users and authorities within the EU to communicate with PriceRunner, as stated in the DSA.

If you notice any illegal content, you have the right to report such illegal content. Your notification shall include the following information:

  • explanation of the reasons why you think the information in question to be illegal content
  • URL and additional information enabling the identification of the illegal content
  • the name and email address (except in the case of information considered to involve one of the offences referred to in Articles 3 to 7 of Directive 2011/93/EU)
  • a statement confirming that the information and allegations are accurate and complete

Communications to the above email address can be in English or Swedish. Note that we will not respond to requests sent to this address by anyone other than the European Member States' authorities, the European Commission, and the European Board for Digital Services.
